The RW 71 SL window and door system is designed for building sliding doors and widow units with a thermal break. This system is renowned for excellent thermal insulation and soundproof properties, superb air and water tightness. It has an attractive modern appearance and ensures high safety performance.

 

-       The visible width of the frame profiles is 50.5 mm; the visible width of the vent profiles is 75 mm.

-          The elements of sliding windows and doors in the RW 71 SL Realit® system are fabricated from aluminium profiles which are extruded from AD 31 alloy under GOST 22233-2001.

-          The surfaces of the aluminium profiles can be powder coated in any RAL colour by powder spraying.

-            The assembly thicknesses are 20, 24, and 28 mm. The glazing infill is fixed with glazing beads processed at 90°.

-          The maximum height of the RW 71 SL windows and doors is 2.7 m and the maximum width is 2 m. The maximum weight of each vent is 200 kg.

-          The width of the polyamide breaks:

• 20 mm in the frame profiles;

• 32 mm in the vent profiles.

-          The RW 71 SL system complies with the highest quality standards. It has an attractive appearance and offers good burglary resistance (Class 2 under ENV1630:2000).

-          The airtightness class is А4 under EN12207; the water tightness class is 750 Pa under EN12208.

-          The RW 71 SL sliding windows and doors have superb soundproof and thermal insulation properties. These insulated systems withstand temperatures in the range from -50° to +80°.

-            The structures in the RW 71 SL system are easy to fabricate and install and provide for maximum energy efficiency. They are assembled with the help of a special high-quality stainless steel hardware kit which ensures safe operation of the system during its entire service life.
