Thermal Break Assembly Line

The company has a special line for assembly of insulated profiles with thermal barrier, supplied by OEMME SpA (Italy). Such a system is based on a combination of two aluminium profiles interconnected with a thermal break manufactured from polyamide with 25% glass fibre by the German company TECHNOFORM. The breaks separate the outer part of the profile located in the cold outdoor area from the inner part facing the insulated indoor area, which enhances the efficiency of the system. The ratio of thermal conductivities of aluminium and polyamide is approximately 660:1

The line capacity is 2,400 tons of insulated profiles per year. Any configurations of thermal breaks can be manufactured according to customer's drawings.
