MC "Realit" is a manufacturing enterprise specializing in the production of Al-Mg-Si alloy billets and extrusion of aluminium profiles under the Realit brand. Based in Obninsk, Kaluga Region, we are one of the top 5 industry leaders. 

With more than 20 years of professional experience behind us, we provide comprehensive solutions to satisfy our customers’ needs. 

Our offer ranges from extrusion of aluminium profiles to development and manufacture of own architectural systems for construction projects of any degree of complexity. Our enterprise makes use of the advanced equipment with high-level automation of production processes — from casting, extrusion, and powder coating shops to packing lines for aluminium profiles. Today the company produces more than 5,000 types of profiles made of alloys AD0, AD31, AD35, 1050, 6060, 6063, 6082, and 6005A for various industries. The company has two melting and casting units manufactured by Cometal Engineering SpA (Italy) and Foshan Nanhai District Danzao Dongzheng Aluminium Material Equipment Co. LLC (China) as well as three high-speed press lines produced by Pressezi Extrusion Srl (Italy) with the capacity of 1,250, 1,800 and 2,800 tons, equipped with output systems made by ATC Cometal Engineering SpA (Italy). The total annual line capacity is 25,000 tons.

The company has quality management certificates issued by VNIIS-CERT (VNIIS JSC) and TÜV Rheinland confirming compliance with the ISO 9001:2008 requirements. The manufactured products are certified under the GOST R system against the requirements of GOST 22233-2001 and GOST 8617-81.
