Consent to Personal Data Processing

Per the Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data dated July 27, 2006, you hereby give Almeta LLC your consent to process your personal data including their collection, classification, accumulation, storage, refinement (updating, modification), usage and transfer exclusively to sell the software to you as described below, as well as block, depersonalization and destruction.

Almeta LLC guarantees the confidentiality of information obtained. Personal data are processed for efficient fulfilment of orders, agreements and other binding obligations undertaken by Almeta LLC.

Should the necessity arise to provide your personal data to the rights holder, distributor or reseller of software for its registration in your name, you hereby give your consent to transfer of your personal data. Almeta LLC warrants that the rights holder, distributor, or reseller of the software shall protect this personal data subject to the conditions similar to that outlined in the Personal Data Confidentiality Policy.

This consent covers the following types of your personal data: surname, name and patronymic, email, mailing address for delivery of orders, contact phone number, and payment details.

The consent is granted for an unlimited time. You may revoke your consent at any time by sending a written notice to the address: 57 Kievskoe Shosse St., Obninsk City, Kaluga Region marked “Revocation of the Consent to Personal Data Processing”.

Please note that revocation of your consent to personal data processing entails the deletion of your account from the realit.tmweb.ru website, as well as the destruction of any records containing your personal data in the data processing systems of Almeta LLC, and you will not be able to continue to use online services offered by Almeta LLC.

I hereby represent and warrant that the information provided by me is accurate and reliable and the presentation thereof does not violate the applicable laws of the Russian Federation, as well as the legitimate rights and interests of third persons. I have provided all the information related to me personally.

This consent shall remain in force throughout the entire period of storage of personal data unless otherwise provided by the laws of the Russian Federation.

Usage of email addresses, which form personal data, also requires consent from personal data subjects.
