Monumentality of the facade, powerful and solid forms are the main architectural features of the Dostoyanie residential quarter in Kuntsevo. The buildings are designed in the classical style but at the same time, they are well-planned and utilize several original technical ideas including residential premises without load-bearing structures, cutting-edge technologies of angular panoramic facade glazing and comprehensive solutions for entrance rooms. The luxurious classical facade was built on the RF 50 Realit® system featuring a wide range of posts with moments of inertia Ix ranging from 40 to 3,088 cm4. The windows and doors of the building are based on the RW 71 system with its focus on perfect thermal and sound insulation, and excellent water tightness characteristics.
