Located in the centre of the Moscow City business district, the modern 4-star Novotel Hotel has a total glazing area of more than15 thousand m2. This is one of the few large facilities of the business centre implementing RF 68 EF Realit unitized facade systems produced in Russia. They have been designed and manufactured especially for this project. The design of the RF 68 EF unitized system enables the assembly of facades of high-rise buildings without scaffolds, which helps save time and money. Unitized systems enable optimal allocation of design, fabrication and assembly costs and help improve facade quality by fabrication of structurally complete elements at workshops. The RF 68 EF systems meet the European quality and sustainability standards and have excellent heat-saving properties. The contribution of Realit architectural systems to both the development of the Russian industry and modern look of cities is obvious and seen with a naked eye.
