The housing complex is designed per the global criteria for space functionality. The facade of the building decorated with natural stone and featuring large glazing areas is stylish and minimalistic. This project implements the RF 50 Realit facade system renowned for ease of assembly and superb energy efficiency. Functionality, convenience, and plentiful natural light are provided by the RW 71 Realit window and door system used in the external architectural development with a focus on thermal and sound insulation.
