The PerovSky comfort-class housing complex in the Perovo Area, the Eastern Administrative District, has a total area of 37,800 m². The architectural design was developed by the reputed Moscow ADM bureau. The project features well-developed infrastructure and high-quality modern materials which create comfortable living and working conditions. The facade was glazed using the RF 50 Realit classical facade systems. They meet the most stringent requirements in terms of safety, energy-saving, and design. The RF 50 system has an advanced multilevel condensate removal system and offers such advantages as excellent air and water tightness, thermal and sound insulation. There is a trend in modern architecture to glaze big areas for the maximum expansion of space, which is why our systems support facade designs with large-size glass units and angles from 0° to 45° formed by using just a single mullion.
