The history of Morozovskaya Children’s City Clinical Hospital dates back to 1900. Recently, a new seven-storied building, which accommodates the in-patient department including 1,020 beds and 24 treatment sections, has replaced the old crumbling two-storied building constructed back in the 1930s. A medical centre implementing modern high-tech treatment and diagnostics methods should also have a modern and high-tech appearance. This objective was achieved by the application of the RF 50 Realit facade system and the RW 71 window and door system. Their main features are versatility and a high degree of prefabrication which provide for a distinct advantage in assembly and compliance with the requirements of architectural design. However, the main benefit is comfort for patients and doctors due to excellent thermal properties and attractive appearance.
