The multifunctional Fili Grad housing complex is located in the vicinity of Moscow City business centre and the historical centre of Moscow. The complex is near the Moskva River and Filevsky Park, a unique natural complex and a cultural site of the XVII-XIX centuries, which provide favourable environmental conditions. The Realit brand has proven many times that its high-quality aluminium architectural systems enable seamless blending of any project with the natural landscape by combining the seemingly incompatible things, i.e. the high-tech large-scale structures made from modern materials and an open green space with its peculiar microclimate. The RW 71 Realit insulated window and door systems used in the construction are strong and durable; they retain warmth in the building and support the glazing of large areas for a better view. The RPI 23 protective guards can be additionally added to the installed RI 40BG balcony systems. They have clean lines and a small footprint allowing organising the space of balconies and loggias efficiently.
