RVF 401 Ventilated Facade (Stone cladding)
Specification
RVF 401 is a ventilated facade system that uses natural stone plates as a cladding material. The system can be attached both to bearing walls of the buildings using cleats and to floor slabs. Noble natural material emphasizes the uniqueness of the facade and eliminates future maintenance costs.
- The cladding material thickness range in the RVF 401 system is from 20 to 50 mm/m2.
- The thickness of the cladding material is 8-12 mm.
- The ventilated facades prevent overheating of indoor premises by the sun in summer and reduce the amount of thermal energy transmitted inside the building. The low thermal expansion coefficient makes the RVF system resistant to heat, icing and defrosting.
- The RVF ventilated facades uses only non-combustible heat-insulating materials. The systems are certified and fully comply with the applicable standards.
- A wide selection of colours and textures of the cladding material opens great possibilities for architects.
- The cleats are made from austenitic stainless steel and are up to 1.2 mm thick.
- The well-designed solutions support seamless integration with other Realit® architectural systems.
- The RVF systems can conceal crooked wall up to 250 mm due to the wide adjustment range of the brackets.
- The durability of structures eliminates the subsequent costs of facade repair and helps preserve its original appearance due to high resistance to atmospheric precipitation and man-made impacts.
