An Important Production Innovation
In the expiring year, our company has purchased the unique hardware and software complex N5Nitrogen produced by the Italian manufacturer Atie Uno Informatica which allowed us to adopt a profile fabrication technology based on liquid nitrogen. The equipment automatically cools dies liquid nitrogen and maintains a constant temperature of profiles manufactured. This option considerably speeds up the extrusion without increasing the profile temperature. It also improves its surface and mechanical properties and simultaneously extends the service life of the die assembly. Here are but a few advantages of nitridation:

Improvement of surface quality of a pressed product, elimination of the necessity for profile grinding before powder coating.

Uniformity of mechanical properties and metals structure of the profile along the entire pressing length.
★
Uniformity in the temperature of tool and its forming surfaces during prolonged mass production, reduction of die changes and, consequently, reduced lead times.
★
Prevention of deviations in the linear dimensions of the cross-section related to the formation of the profile geometry in the die and variations in clearance because of heating during extrusion.

We are glad to inform you of the changes which took place in our company in 2019.
In the middle of the expiring year, our employees moved to a new spacious office which had been long awaited for. The new office is located on the fourth floor of the Almeta LLC building. It accommodates specialists from various departments and managers. This spacious and modern floor with break rooms, a conference hall and all necessary accessories for comfortable staying left a pleasant impression on our employees, guests, and partners. Most importantly, the move was completed quickly and did not disrupt the operation of departments and business as a whole.
Please note! In winter, when diseases spread more quickly, our body needs more vitamins to strengthen the immune system. For this reason, in addition to all sorts of goodies necessary for comfortable staying and efficient work, you can find fruit baskets in our office. Anyone is welcomed to have a bite, replenish their energy balance, and receive a necessary dose of vitamins for the entire day. The stock of fruit is not limited! :)

We are proud to report that we have introduced a new 6005А alloy into our production! Its mechanical properties are compatible with those of the 6082 (AD35) alloy; however, the cost of profiles extruded from 6005А is much less. We offer customers an opportunity to change the alloy in current orders (with modification of drawings). Contact us for an updated price quote!

Another piece of good news! In 2019, we carried out capital repair and rearrangement of the second floor, created new dressing rooms and shower rooms with bright and comfortable interior design, installed modern toilets and sinks, as well as new individual clothes lockers. It gets even better! The company also plans to add a space for sports activities including a functional training area to the floor. Emotional and physical relaxation is important for efficient work in a big team. Our company understands that and strives to create better working conditions for each employee.

The Almeta team has designed roof lights for our building. The systems of two types are currently being installed: roof ribbon lights and spotlights, a total of four groups with four assemblies in each. These systems provide natural lighting for internal workshop areas which usually don’t get a sufficient amount of daylight through the side windows. They are capable of providing maximum illumination regardless of their cardinal direction and time of day and can reduce the energy costs of artificial lighting. These systems considerably enhance operations at pressing and other production lines. Thus, our company not only offers energy-efficient solutions built on the Realit® architectural systems on the market but uses them personally.

It is necessary to praise the bright and colourful decorations of our administrative building, the adjacent territory and premises inside the building in celebration of the coming holiday - and this is just the beginning.
