Formwork Profiles
Almeta manufactures profiles for aluminium panel formwork of any sizes and configurations according to customer drawings. The framework used in the construction of monolithic facilities includes a set of profiles and helps build smooth wall surfaces.
The aluminium profiles of the frame are resistant to corrosion and any climatic conditions. This aluminium formwork withstands high concrete pressure and can be used in high-rise development.
The framework cage made from profiles is much lighter than the steel one allowing performing construction works without lifting equipment. The result is slashed labour costs and simple and quick installation and reduction in the project commissioning time.
Due to their technical characteristics, aluminium profiles are well-suited for elevator well frameworks. A prefabricated assembly is placed into the well by the crane without the need to disassemble it into separate components.
