Specification
The RP 70 system of Realit® interior partitions helps create a comfortable workspace and arrange the interior per the functional purpose of the premises. The system combines ease of assembly and operation, aesthetically pleasing appearance, and high performance characteristics. It is an ideal choice for shopping malls, production, public and administrative facilities, supermarkets, banks, sales offices, educational institutions, and sports centres.
- The partition thickness is 70 mm and its visible width is 38 mm. The same profile can be used both as mullion and transom. This feature optimises the range of available profiles and their cutting.
- Profiles with the same cross-section are used as horizontal and vertical bearing elements. Bearing profiles are connected with a steel angle and screws without preliminary drilling. It is possible to make different abutments to intermediate slabs, floor, and walls without using cover glazing beads.
- The glazing infill thickness is 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, 12.5 mm, 14 mm, and 16 mm; the glazing infill thickness of the door unit is 4 and 6 mm. The glasses are fixed with snap-on cover profiles. Horizontal louvres can be installed between the glasses of the fixed part and in the door leaf.
- The frame profile groove is 14/18 mm (Eurogroove); the vent profile groove is 15/20 mm (Eurogroove). The structure bend angles from 90° to 270° are possible. The system supports the assembly of partitions with some glazing planes bent in the vertical plane.
- The RP 70 interior partitions can be installed either during the interior works or after their completion. Such installation at repaired premises will not disrupt the normal working routine of an organization. It is possible to lay cables in the cavity of the partition frame and install sockets and switches on the profiles. Easy of assembly allows finishing all installation works within a short time.
- It is possible to fabricate single doors opening outwards and inwards, as well as to use one or two 4 and 6 mm glasses in the door leaf and a 6–10 mm in fixed parts. A wide range of types, textures, and colours of materials for infill contributes to a unique style of the assembly and the interior.
- It is possible to provide for the divergence of the structure in 2, 3, and 4 directions from one point.
